Cosmic Teta, a new commission for the foyer of the Barbican Centre, London. Using materials and techniques developed by the artist and inspired by the indigenous craft traditions of Brazil, Nepomuceno’s woven and beaded sculpture brings vibrant colour and a sense of growth to the Barbican’s Brutalist surround.
