Acclaim for Sarah Sze at Victoria Miro Venice

Laura Freeman, writing in The Times, recommends Sze's exhibition among the ‘starriest international talent’ on view in Venice; Travis Jeppesen in Artforum salutes images ‘projected onto white, variously sized squares arranged into a V formation, whose vertex culminates at the rear of the gallery, behind which an open window reveals gondoliers floating past.’; The Art Newspaper comments that Sze’s paintings are presented in a way that ‘feels like the studio itself has travelled’; while Elephant‘s guide to institutional and gallery exhibitions in the city notes how ‘the experience of Venice as a place, its unique invitation to wander, is echoed within the exhibition.’

The exhibition also features in must-see guides in CulturedGalerie Magazine; Artlyst and Artsy.
