Within Reach was published to accompany Chris Ofili's presentation at the 50th International Venice Biennale. The publication is presented in three volumes. Volume I includes essays by writer and cultural theorist Stuart Hall and art critic Adrian Searle, a conversation between the artist and curator Thelma Gordon and words by Beth Coleman. Volume II includes colour plates of all paintings and works on paper, while Volum III documents the extraordinary transformation of the British Pavilion by Ofili and architect David Adjaye.
