As part of an exhibition exposing the long and rich tradition of the darker side of medals, the British Museum has commissioned Grayson Perry and a number of other leading contemporary artists to produce new medals to be exhibited alongside the Museum's collection of satirical and political medals from the 16th to the 20th centuries.
